No more delays!

It’s time for the FDA to act on flavored e-cigarettes.

It’s been over 250 days since the court-ordered deadline for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to decide what e-cigarette products can stay on the market. Now FDA says it won’t complete this process until June 30, 2023—which means the agency will be TWO YEARS late! Delay after delay means e-cigarettes in kid-friendly flavors including menthol flavor, a teen favorite, remain widely available across the country. Products like Juul, Puff Bar and other popular e-cigarette brands are easily accessible and our kids remain at risk.
